The Hokey Pokey Clinic beach house is truly a place to 'turn yourself around'. A short 700 ft walk down the quiet court to the beach walkover. Enjoy some sun and fun all day at the beach, only to return to private outdoor shower. Rest up in the lower outdoor entertainment area with relaxing shade & breeze. The Morning Dew beach house is a place to take a walk back in time to Surfside in the 60's. Grab your yellow polka-dot bikini, mix up a cold Mai Tai and chill in this retro themed beach cottage. A cozy 900 sq ft, 2 bedroom cottage with a large fully equipped kitchen and open concept living area, complete with a record player and some choice vinyl for your listening pleasure.  A short 400 ft walk down the court to the walkover allows for easy beach access.  Upstairs has a large screened in porch with comfy patio chairs. In the lower level below is an air conditioned bar area with TV. Cook outside on the charcoal grill, inside on electric stove, oven, and microwave, or try one of the great local spots. Don’t forget to enjoy the best sunset views plus a very nice view of the Gulf on the front decks.
